Ocean Liners OnLine is dedicated to the education of those interested in the great ocean liners, as they appeared in the golden, and not so golden, era's of ocean travel. Today, all that remains of the great ocean liners, are a handful of the originals that still remain in active service, or permenently docked. Though, through todays technology, it is almost possible to relive the golden years of the ocean liner through photographs and other memorabelia. The creation of this website was built upon the belief that the interest in the liners is ever increasing, whether it be the Titanic, the Queen Mary, or even the great Ille De France. We will discuss these liners, and many more as we step back in history, to the golden era of the liner.

Please be aware that thise website was launched in April of 2000. Due to the sheer size of the website, it is not expected to be fully completed until next month, or May 15, 2000. Thank you for your time and support.

News The Royal Mail Steamship Titanic will be the subject on every enthusiest's mind this month. On April 14, 1912, the 'unsinkable' liner struck an iceberg at around 11:45 in the evening. The ship sank at around the time of 2:20 in the morning, on April 15, 1912. Over 1,530 souls were lost due to the lack of lifeboats. See the complete Titanic story inside.
